Spend time engaging in activities that make you happy and joyful, such as hobbies or time spent in nature.

Building self-worth requires practicing self-care. You can remind yourself that you are valuable by taking care of yourself. Getting enough sleep, eating healthy, and exercising are just a few examples of what this might entail. Make sure you appreciate your own wellbeing by doing things that make you feel good.

Celebrate your accomplishments, and then. No matter how little the accomplishment, take the time to recognize and enjoy it. This encourages self-assurance and serves as a reminder of your value and ability.
